Cancellation Policy

After the backup operation, you will receive an email with the details of the booking, but this email does NOT guarantee or confirm your booking.
Your booking will be confirmed only when the corresponding sent to the same deposit. -
According to the form of payment, you must send the appropriate deposit amount through the medium selected payment before the due date reported in the e-mail of original booking.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: Only physically in the hotel, MasterCard and Visa. (card payments have a surcharge of 6%)

BANK TRANSFER IN ECUADOR. After the transfer you will send the transaction code, the value, the Bank and the name of the depositor.

PAYPAL, you must have a paypal account to use this service. Receive a receipt to your paypal email which must be canceled and notified via e-mail.

Overall, the hotel cancellation policy applies as follows:

  • Cancellations made 15 days or before the date of arrival applies a charge of 10%.
  • Cancellations made within 15 days before check in date, will not be refunded.

Cancellations during peak season and holidays

  • Reservations canceled 30 days or before the date of arrival are charged 10%
  • Cancellations made within 25 days will not be refunded.

General Information:

  • Check-in: after 3:00 pm if the room has been rented the night before by other people (in this case may arrive earlier and leave their luggage at reception). If not rented the night before, they can enter starting at 10:00 am.
  • Check-out: to 12:00 pm. If the room has not been rented out the next night you can stay late check out at no charge until 3 pm. )
  • Pets not allowed.
